This means that he first studied the ideal physique, and then put into place the exact methods needed to create that body. And there’s no denying that it works – whatever shape and type your body might be.
We’re not trying to say that it’s an easy program to follow, because changing the way you look is never easy. But if you’ve got the determination and the enthusiasm to stick to the program, the Adonis Golden Ratio really will do what it promises. Well done, John!
